If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

Referrals are often not required from any other physician. We will request that you facilitate obtaining old records in order to make your visit more efficient and to provide comprehensive care for your health care needs.
