Why Video-Visits? The doctor can’t see my ear or nose?

Special video cameras are available if you are interested and if appropriate

BUT, if you and the doctor feel an in-person visit is needed, we will arrange this for you during the first step of your 3-CAP
What if I cannot do an internet visit?

Telephone check-in appointments may be another option for you under certain conditions, approved by the doctor
Why not just discuss everything in the office?

Special protective gear is worn by the doctor and staff

We require everyone to wear a mask in the office

As a result. extended discussions are often more practical and safer over video or telephone

Your overall time spent in-office is minimized for your safety
